Consultation Fees

If a licensed provider determines you are not eligible for treatment after reviewing your intake, your consultation fee will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

If you are approved for treatment but choose not to proceed, consultation fees are non-refundable, as provider time has been expended on your case.

Medication and Pharmacy Orders

Prescription medications are dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies. Once a prescription has been filled and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded due to regulatory requirements governing prescription medications.

If a medication is damaged in transit or incorrectly dispensed, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with the pharmacy to resolve the issue.

Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

Annual subscription plans may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a prorated refund. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

Supplements and Non-Prescription Products

Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Opened products are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
