Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NUTRATIVO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Telehealth Services

NUTRATIVO provides a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers. NUTRATIVO is not a medical practice and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made exclusively by licensed providers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a state where NUTRATIVO operates to use our services. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Patient Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information. Providing false or misleading information may result in inappropriate treatment and termination of your account. You must promptly notify your provider of any changes in your health status.

Prescription Medications

All prescription medications dispensed through NUTRATIVO require a valid prescription from a licensed provider. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating provider. NUTRATIVO does not guarantee that any specific treatment will be prescribed.

Payment and Refunds

Consultation fees are charged at the time of intake submission. Medication costs are separate and charged by the pharmacy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the NUTRATIVO platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NUTRATIVO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUTRATIVO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
